HOW DO I?

Make a police report:
    Come in to the police department and speak to an officer, who will do followup and make the report
 
Request a police report:
    Fill out a Request For Record Search at the police department. If you are elegible to receive the report, the department will copy the report for you. The form request costs $5.00, and copies are $1.00 a double-sided page.
  
Request a Ride-Along:
     Fill out The Waiver of Responsibility Ride-Along Program form at the department.
